6. Credits and Purchases

6.1 Credit System

Our Service operates on a credit-based system where credits are consumed for AI-generated content. Credits are virtual currency used to access AI-powered features within GhostWritr.AI, including content generation, style analysis, and other premium features. 6.2 Payments

All payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors (Stripe). You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize us to charge your payment method for applicable fees.

6.3 Non-Refundable Credits

All credit purchases are final and non-refundable. By purchasing credits, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Credits have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money
• Credits cannot be transferred to other users or accounts
• Credits do not expire unless otherwise specified at the time of purchase
• Unused credits remain in your account indefinitely
• We reserve the right to modify credit pricing and packages at any time
• No refunds will be issued for unused credits upon account termination

Exceptions to this policy may be made at our sole discretion for documented technical errors or Service failures that prevented the delivery of credited services.

6.4 Premium Features

Certain premium features (such as Writing Style Analysis, Visual Suggestions, and Supporting Materials) are only available to users who have purchased credits. These features remain accessible once you have made at least one credit purchase, regardless of your current credit balance.

8. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
